Program proposal

Visit of the cellars with all the steps of the winemaking process of our Brut de Loire.

Tasting Laboratory (maximum capacity of 30 people)

Wine analysis and senses (sight, smell, taste)

An introduction to wine tasting using glasses from our "Collection Chateau Baccarat"

Discovering wine aromas with "Le nez du vin" by Jean Lenoir (a wine aromas collection)

Introduction to "sabrage" of a Bouvet Brut bottle (the opening of a bottle with a sword)

And to extend the schooling experience (optional):

Wine and food pairing over a lunch or a dinner in the cellars, or a gourmet restaurant in the area.
