The Blending
During the winter season, when base wine is ready, every cuvee is tasted and then blended depending on its characteristics to compose a Cuvee, a subtle blend which offers to wine its particular bouquet.
These blends are created by Patrice Monmousseau, a true "parfumeur". This art of blending gives to our Brut de Loire cuvees their unique character and allows Bouvet-Ladubay to maintain consistent "Excellence", a crucial element of our know-how for over 160 years.
