The Classic Guided Tour
In the Loire Valley, in the heart of the Saumur area, Bouvet Ladubay, Loire sparkling wine producer, welcomes you in its « Underground Cathedral». Discover the « Méthode traditionnelle » sparkling wine making process and taste our « Brut de Loire » wines.

Exceptional closures in 2026: 1 January, Sundays from January to March, 8, 15, 22 and 29 November, and 25 December.
Changes to our opening hours:
- On 24 December 2026, we will be open from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm
- On 31 December 2026, we will be open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm.
Exceptional closures for 2027: from 1 to 3 January 2027 inclusive, on Sundays from January to March, on 7, 14, 21 and 28 November, and on 25 December.

Duration : approx 1 hour (40 minutes guided tour + 20 minutes tasting).

The whole tour is accessible to people with reduced mobility (approximately 500 meters). In order to garanty the best conditions, a bell is at your disposal at the shop entrance. A wheelchair and two folding chairs are available upon request. We are equipped with a magnetic loop amplifier.
Cellars temperature are 12°C constant
Cancellation policy : No refund are provided for any cancellation shorter than 72 hours prior to the visit.
