A Loire Affair...in India

In collaboration with Abhay Kewadkar (Winemaker & Director of Four Seasons Wines), Marie Monmousseau (Head Chef of Restaurant La Route du Sel) and Juliette Monmousseau (Deputy Managing Director of Bouvet Ladubay) organised two Food and Wine pairing events in Luxury Hotels ITC Group in Bangalore (ITC Gardenia) and Mumbai (ITC Grand Central).

Guests and Journalists enjoyed a 3 Course Menu designed by Marie highlighting a contemporary French Cuisine with Loire accents paired with Bouvet Ladubay, Brut de Loire and Four Seasons Indian Wines.
