The strong progress of the House over recent years made it essential to construct a new wine production facility. It was built in Distré, a few kilometers away from the historical cellars in Saint-Hilaire Saint-Florent. Built using over 1000 tons of steel, it was nicknamed "Bouvet Ladubay Full Metal" and benefits from all the latest state of the art technology used in sparkling wine production.
